Engineered with built-in power regulation, it operates efficiently on 110/220 VAC external power, eliminating the need for separate standalone power accessories. The unit is highly sought-after for existing installations requiring increased I/O density without the substantial overhead costs of upgrading to entirely new controller platforms. Connection requires standard external daisy-chain expansion cables (such as the D4-EXCBL-1 or D4-EXCBL-2).
